These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Mysera platform and services. By accessing or using Mysera, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use in full, you must immediately stop using the Mysera platform.

Basic Terms

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Mysera.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your connection, device, or account while accessing Mysera.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connection and ensuring that your access to Mysera is not misused.
You may not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other users of the Mysera platform.
You are solely responsible for all content you submit, post, upload, or display on Mysera, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, links, and profile information.
You may not modify, adapt, hack, or interfere with Mysera or falsely imply an association with Mysera or Tome Tech (Pty) Ltd.
You may not send unsolicited communications, spam, or automated messages to Mysera or its users.
You may not transmit malware, viruses, worms, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or compromise the platform.
You may not use Mysera in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction, including intellectual property and copyright laws.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account. While Mysera actively moderates content, you acknowledge that you may encounter content posted by other users and that you use the service at your own discretion.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Mysera service at any time, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If a material change is made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users using the contact preferences associated with their account.
What constitutes a material change will be determined in good faith using reasonable judgment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time, where permitted by law.
We may remove content or disable accounts that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others.
Mysera allows content hosted on its platform to be shared externally. External websites displaying Mysera-hosted content must clearly link back to Mysera.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Mysera. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content.

You may remove your content at any time by deleting it or closing your account. Account deletion will remove your stored data from active systems, subject to legal, security, or operational retention requirements.

We encourage users to share original content responsibly and to consider open or progressive licensing where appropriate.
