- 1 cup (140g) frozen mixed berries
- ½ medium banana, frozen
- ½ cup (120g) plain or vanilla yogurt of choice
- ¼ cup (60ml) milk of choice, plus extra if needed
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Method
