Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars, in that order from the Sun.
Unlike the giant outer planets made mostly of gas, the inner planets are rocky worlds with solid surfaces you could theoretically stand on.
All four have atmospheres, but only Earth’s can support human life. The others are either extremely thin or filled with gases that would be toxic to us.
